Savannah & Nathan
This session was a surprise to Nathan & Savannah's mom for Christmas! Their Aunt Julia asked to babysit them and she snagged some clothes and then met me at the park for a quick session. Nathan was such sweet big brother and Savannah was adorable! They had not had their pictures made together in a really long time and I was so excited to be apart of their mom's surprise gift!
Morgan & John
I met Morgan & John at the Botanic Gardens for their Engagement Session. They are getting married early next year and wanted to get their Engagements done in the fall. They are such an adorable couple and really had a lot of fun! They were really laid back and I think they really enjoyed themselves! I can't wait until their wedding!!
Lindy & William
The cutest bride and groom ever! Lindy & William were adorable and so much in love!! I was with them from start to finish on their special day and I was honored to be apart of that! They were surrounded by family and friends but still seemed to be in their own little bubble when they were together. Specifically while they were dancing it was like they were the only 2 people in each others world!
Becca's Second Birthday
This is my niece again! She turned 2 and her momma asked me to be the official photographer at the birthday party. Boy was it hard...trying to juggle taking pictures and visiting with all of my family and friends. We had a lot of fun and had two surprise guests showed up - Elmo and Cookie Monster!!
Stacey's Maternity Session
This was my first maternity session and this couple was adorable! Stacey was a precious mommy-to-be and was very patient with me! Her sweet husband was a great sport! He would hang out with smokey (their little dog) and everytime I would hollar for him he would jump in for a couple pictures. Never complaining....listen up other daddies-to-be!
Maddie & Harry
While I was at the home of the Brown's I also took some intimate pictures of Maddie & Harry. Maddie had been diagnosed with breast cancer and she was about to go into surgery in one week. She wanted to get some pictures with her husband before she felt like she was changed forever. The love between this husband and wife was unbelievable...there were so many emotions. And the best part was her reaction when she saw the proofs after her surgery, I was so excited to show them to her!
The Brown Family
This was such a sweet family. The parents Maddie & Harry love their children so much and it is so obvious! We started out at their home and then finished up with just the little one at the Collierville Town Square. This was a very special session for the entire family because they had not gotten family pictures done in years. It was very special for all of us!
The Byrd Family
This session was at one of my favorite places to photograph, The Grotto. Little Gracie is the most precious thing...she has the sweetest smile and disposition. She had a lot of fun just hanging out with momma and daddy while I got some shots! Some of my favorites were while her daddy was running around with her on his shoulders!! Her momma was laughing so hard and Gracie was having a blast!
The Fuller Family
Talk about a session out of the ordinary...no better place to be than the beach!! This couple was on vacation the same week my family was. They are actually great friends of my husband's and mine and I adore their two boys! We had a fun time just hanging out and letting the boys play...some of my favorites are the pictures of the sweet family walking down the beach when they are not paying the least bit of attention to me!

18 month photos
Sam is the best little model! I met her and her mom at a park in Collierville to take some quick 18 month pictures. Her mom was specifically wanting some close ups of Sam from this session and I think we got her a good handful to choose from! Sessions with Sam are always a breeze and so much fun!
Becca and the Horses
I met Becca and her mom at a field close to their house to take some pictures by the "horseies" Becca loves. They wanted some family pictures done and some pictures of little Becca. I think these pictures show perfectly the love between mother and child! Becca wanted to show her momma everything and wanted her right there beside her to share in every little thing she saw...it was so touching!
The McConnell Family
This was my second time getting to photograph one of my favorite families! I took pictures of little Gabe when he turned 2...but now there is a baby brother William! He was just about 6 weeks old in these shots and we took them in "Yaya's" house. Yaya is the sweet grandma that is so obviously adored by those boys! We did a family session this time and got everyone in the photos!
The Wiseman Family
This was such a sweet family. You could tell the love that these parents had for their children...it was apparent. I met them at their home and we took all of these inside and in their own backyard. The oldest, Brayden was a good big brother and the little girl was adorable! She had so much spunk!
Charlotte Banks
Miss Charlotte was the cutest little thing! I met her and her momma and grandma at a park and took tons of pictures of her! She was so fun to photograph! Charlotte had an adorable personality and her outfit with bright colors for spring complimented her red hair perfectly! I think this red rocking chair I had her in was her absolute favorite! What a sweet, sweet family!
Gabe McConnell
This was Gabe's 2 year session and we had so much fun! We went to the Cancer Park which I had never been to and it had beautiful wild flowers everywhere! In this picture he had found the one red flower out of all of the flowers in the area! I enjoyed just following Gabe around while he played and this is where I got my best shots of him. He loved the rocks and we had fun blowing bubbles while he chased them!
The James Family
This was such a fun session! This session consisted of grandparents, 2 sets of parents & 5 boys! We took pictures of every combination you can think of along with throwing in beautiful horses and award winning dogs. This session took place on the family's land and was such an interesting and different session. I absolutely love this family!
Michael Murray
Michael was my first senior to ever photograph. It was very different for me because this session was nothing like following a little 2 year old around! Michael knew exactly what he wanted and looked great...making my job a breeze! He is so handsome and was a natural! I even had strangers coming up asking if we were taking a GQ shoot!
The Moore Family
I had a great time taking pictures of this precious family! I know the mom and dad but had never really been around her adorable twin boys! They were so sweet! The mom, Ashley also had her goddaughter there for a few shots too. This was a super fun session at one of my favorite spots and I was so pleased with the multitude of pictures we got that day!!
Dalton Rutledge
Dalton was one of my favorite little boys! He had just turned 6 months right before his session. My mom went with me as an assistant to this appt and fell in love with him as did I! It was a super quick session, but we got some great shots! He had the greatest expressions and the sweetest personality...right along with his sweet momma!
Tennessee Pageant
This was a session that I did in Millington of a bunch of little girls during a beauty pageant. There were some adorable girls and sweet, sweet mommas. Julia was my last minute assistant and thank goodness I had her because I had never done anything like this before!
The Yale Family
I was lucky enough to go to the Yale house on a ton of beautiful land to take some pictures of this precious family! Little Zoey was 3 months old and we got a bunch of pictures of her by herself and her with momma and daddy. And don't forget Kala! Kala was their bulldog who kept finding her way in the pictures! She would just walk up and sit down in the middle of the family picture, I wanted to take her home with me!!
The Austin Twins
I went to the grandma's house of the Austin twins one afternoon. The boys were only 3 months old and not even sitting up quite yet. They loved this big blue dog that I brought because it was nice and soft so we used this in the pictures alot. I can't wait to get a chance to take some more pictures of these "Punkers" as they are called, when they get a little bigger!
Katie & Brad
Katie and her boyfriend Brad had been wanting to get some "couple" pictures made. I had been wanting to take some like this because I never had, so I met them one afternoon and did some for them. They were unsure of where they wanted to go, so we just took some at my sister's apartment. The apartments have got some pretty landscaping and a beautiful rock entryway that turned out great!

Christmas Pictures - Take 2
I met Becca, her mom and mimi back at the square for some daylight pictures the next day. It was actually not very cold outside but we loved her jacket so we took some pictures with it and some without. This picture has ended up being one of my advertising pictures I use for Christmas Postcards! She was a little rambunctious that day but we still got some cute pictures in!

This is Becca, and trust me when I say you are going to be seeing a lot of her! She is my precious niece and I think that she hung the moon! Not only am I constantly following her around with a camera, but anytime I find a new location, her mom and I take her there to make some test shots! Her momma loves the benefits, and any extra minute to kiss on Becca, I will take it!
Gracie Byrd

Once again one of my great friends has helped me out! She let me take pictures of her beautiful daughter for her 1 year photos to help me build my portfolio. This is Gracie, and yes she is just as sweet as she looks! We took these at my aunt's house to get a little different scenery and I think the location turned out great! Her little homemade dress was adorable and some of these pictures even made it on the dressmaker's website!

1 year - Christmas pictures
I have got great friends! I am wanting to start a photography business and the best way I know to do that is to have a portfolio. I asked a few of my dear friends if they would let me photograph their children for free pictures and to help me build my portfolio. This is Sam, she is gorgeous and was a breeze to photograph. The only problem is she led me to believe this was always going to be easy! Ha!
Peanut
I got my new camera! Need I say more?!! It is October and I just received my new camera, who better to take some test shots with than my little Peanut! He is a great model, and not only because I am in love with him! He also seems to like to pose!
The Welch Family
I love this precious family. They are dear friends of mine. I have had a couple friends ask me to photograph their families because they knew that this was something that I loved. They needed pictures taken and knew that I was interested in starting my business. I did not even have a professional camera yet, but we met up and I took these pictures for them. Thank God for great and supportive friends!
