Preschooler's Picture Day
Kristin Irby Photography will be photographing your Preschooler on
Tuesday October 20th and Wednesday October 21st.
Tuesday October 20th - Classrooms 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13
Wednesday October 21st - Classrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
I will have a casual outside setting prepared at Collierville Christian Academy and will be taking posed and candid shots of your child with a Fall, Christmas and non-seasonal backdrop!

Package A - $32.78
1 - 8x10
2 - sheets of 8 wallets

A CD of 8-10 images from that day with full copyright availability!
The Works Package - $54.63
2 - 8x10's

Important Info:
You should have received a form from Collierville Christian with specifics on your child's photos. If you will please fill out the attached portion, detach and return to Collierville Christian Academy. **It is very important that you please make sure and include your email address preferably and phone number.
After your child's photos are available for viewing, I will send you an email with the link and password for you to view your child's photos. At that point decide what package you would like to purchase. You can email me or call me with your order at that time.
A box will be set up for you to drop a check or cash off at Collierville Christian Academy. All package fees are due at the time of order.

1. When will my proofs be available?
It usually takes me about 3-4 weeks to get your photos available for viewing. Considering this is a school event I am going to shoot to have them ready in 2 weeks.
2. How will I know when my proofs are ready?
I will send you an email letting you know that your proofs are ready to view. In the email you will have a password and can go to my proofs site to view your photos and then decide which package you would like to purchase.
3. Do you normally offer CD's of photos from a session?
No. I am doing this specifically for Collierville Christian Academy. If you choose the package for $32.78 that gives you a CD, you will have full copyright availability on these photos. This is the only time that this will be available with Kristin Irby Photography.
4. How many proofs will I have to choose from?
Approx 8-10
5. NO ADVERTISING WITH COLLIERVILLE CHRISTIAN PHOTOS!
There will be no advertising done with children's photos taken at Collierville Christian this year.
6. What do I do if I have lost/did not receive my information sheet?
Please visit the front desk at Collierville Christian Academy and they will have extra sheets
7. Who do I turn my Client Contact Information in to?
Collierville Christian Academy will be collecting these for me
8. How should my child dress?
You should dress your child however you would like. I will be set up outside so keep that in mind so as to pick something appropriate for the weather. But it is up to you if you would like casual or more dressy photos.
9. What kind of props will you have?
I am planning on bringing a couple rocking chairs and stools for the non-seasonal photos. I am also going to have a set-up for fall, a bail of hay and pumpkins for parents who would like fall photos. I will also have a Christmas themed backdrop. I will be photographing with all three backdrops, and you can pick the ones that you prefer.
10. Where will I pick up my photos?
Once everyone has made their decisions and photos are ready for pickup, they will be delivered at CCA for pickup.
11. What if I want to make my decision and purchase at a later date?
It is completely fine if you would like to hold out and make your decision after I am finished with Collierville Christian Academy orders. If you will please just email me to let me know this, so that I don't delay the other parents from receiving their photos. You may schedule a time with me to pick up your photos at my home office.
12. How long will I have to make my decision once my proofs are ready?
Once your proofs are ready I will set a time limit of about a week to get me your decisions. The only reason to put a time limit on this is so that all parents are not being delayed due to a select few parents. I will give you a definate time frame when I send you the email with your password.
13. If I have more than one child at Collierville Christian Academy can I get photos of them together?
Yes, I have been told that there are some siblings at Collierville Christian and as long as I am made aware, I am planning on taking some photos of siblings together. The 8-10 proofs for each child will consist of the majority of pictures of the child by him or herself and then a couple of him/her with their brother/sister.
14. If I have more than one child at Collierville Christian Academy can they share a package?
No, each child will receive approx 8-10 proofs from their session, and a few of those can be with their sibling. However, in order to get photos of each child by themselves you must purchase a package for both of them. Each child will have different proofs/pictures available. For example: John and Sue are siblings - I will photograph John by himself and Sue by herself, If I am made aware that they are siblings I will also photograph John and Sue together. John will have approx 8-10 proofs of himself and of he and his sister. Sue will have approx 8-10 different proofs of herself and of she and her brother. If the Works Pkg is purchased however, I will let you mix and match siblings pictures.
15. Will I be able to purchase additional photos above my package?
Yes, once your proofs have been viewed, you will make your decision on which package you would like to purchase. It will be available to purchase additional photos above your package at a discounted price if you are interested.
16. To get the Collierville Christian Academy Special do I have to have the session now?
No, you can schedule your session for whenever you would like! Considering we are getting into the cold season, even if you book a session with me for as far in advance as the spring you will still receive the Collierville Christian Academy Special!!!
17. Will there be make-up picture days?
Yes, if your child is sick or misses school on his/her picture day and it is possible, prepare for your child to take their picture on the other scheduled day (Wed or Thur). Any children that miss both days of pictures the week of the 20th and 21st, will still have a chance to take pictures. Please let someone at Collierville Christian Academy know that your child has missed and I will come one morning the following week to photograph these children. Once all photos are finished on the original scheduled times, we will evaluate and let any parents that have spoken with Collierville Christian Academy about make-up times aware of the day to have your child ready for photos.
18. How much are additional photos above my package?
Additional photos will be available if you are interested at a discounted price. Additional photos are priced at $10 a sheet.
1-8x10 = 1 sheet
2-5x7's = 1 sheet
4-4x6's = 1 sheet
8 mini wallets = 1 sheet (must be of same pose)
4 large wallets = 1 sheet (must be of same pose)
Other than wallets, additional photos do NOT have to be of the same pose.
